You can set up and edit your cancellation fee waivers via the Agoda YCS extranet. This will save you time when guests make special requests for cancellations. Once logged in, follow these steps:
- Go to Property
- Select Cancellation Policy
- Update Cancellation Fee Waiver Settings by clicking on Change Settings
- Click Save
