Find all your properties under Listings

When you sign in to YCS and have multiple properties listed on Agoda, you will be taken to your Listings page. From here, you can see all your properties and quickly access each one. The Listings page may appear differently depending on your property type. Learn more about property types here. 

In the case you manage more than 50,000 properties, using the search bar will help you easily find the property you’re looking for. 

Using the property switcher 

The property switcher is a dropdown menu at the top of each page and displays the name of the property you are currently viewing in the extranet. By clicking on the dropdown, you can switch to another property or go the Listings page. 

See bookings and analytics for all your properties

You can see bookings for all your listings at once under Reservations. You can access this view from the Listings page or the property switcher. 

• When on Listings, click Reservations in the menu at the top of the page. 
• When viewing a single property on Reservations, click on the property switcher and select All properties. 

For hotel-type properties and multi-unit homes, the Analytics page provides a performance overview for all your listings. 

• When on Listings, click Analytics in the menu at the top of the page. 
• When viewing a single property on Analytics, click on the property switcher and select All properties.
