What is Agoda Growth Program?
Agoda Growth Program (commonly referred to as AGP) is our most powerful and comprehensive long-term marketing solution. It seeks to supercharge your property’s visibility, increase your global reach, and significantly improve your business performance. Partner properties that join are also recognized as Preferred Partners and receive a badge on their property listing. This badge serves as a hallmark of trust, enhancing customers’ confidence in booking.

Benefits and boosts gained from Agoda Growth Program continue to compound into the future; as such, many properties seek to maintain their participation long-term.
To join, you will pay an incremental commission on top of your standard contracted commission. The incremental commission is also referred to as the “cost per booking”. The higher percentage you elect to pay, the more Agoda is able to invest in your marketing, leading to increased boost and performance. Properties that prefer not to impact their average daily rate (ADR) may choose to be invoiced a monthly marketing service fee on a post-paid basis.
Agoda Growth Program will not accrue any hidden costs. While Agoda utilizes the budget allocated from your selected cost per booking to boost your ranking on Agoda and to bid on external pay-per-click and metasearch ads, your property will not be charged on a pay-per-click basis. Instead, the cost per booking that you have elected to pay becomes the budget limit for all Agoda Growth Program marketing solutions while your property is participating in the campaign.
We are happy to offer a free 2-week trial of Agoda Growth Program, allowing you an opportunity to see potential benefits for your property. Each property is eligible to participate in the free trial one time. Following the 2-week trial, your campaign will automatically convert to the paid version of your initially selected plan (Basic, Standard, and Premium)*. Note that you will also be given the opportunity to op-out of continuing the campaign before the free trial ends. All three plans will provide your property with the core multi-channel marketing solutions offered by Agoda Growth Program, with additional benefits included in the Standard and Premium plans. What are the different Agoda Growth Program plans?
There are three Agoda Growth Program plans available to choose from: Basic, Standard, and Premium. While all three tiers guarantee the above listed benefits (Preferred Partner badge, increased ad spending, and greater exposure on affiliate networks), there are additional benefits included in the Standard and Premium plans. The Basic plan starts at a 10% cost per booking.

How can I join Agoda Growth Program?
- Navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Agoda Growth Program.
On the landing page, you will see the three AGP plans: Basic, Standard, and Premium. If this is your first time participating in Agoda Growth Program, you will also see the Try it free button to begin your free 2-week trial. - After deciding which plan you would like to participate in, click on Try it free or sign up now to begin the self-sign-up process.
- Select your Effective date from the drop-down calendar.
The earliest option (next day) will be automatically selected for you. Note that the effective date is the day your Agoda Growth Program multi-channel marketing will begin (live at 00:00 on the date), with bookings charged as those that check-out from the day after the effective date (ED +1). - The Cost per booking is restated here as confirmation of your selected AGP plan.
Basic = 10%, Standard = 12%, Premium = 15% - Select your Payment method
There are two payment methods offered: Payout reduction and Monthly invoices. Note that properties who need to maintain a set average daily rate (ADR), or those who have a separate marketing budget, may prefer the monthly invoices payment method.- Payout reduction:
With the payout reduction payment method, the cost per booking will be deducted from the payable amount of each booking. When you confirm a booking amount for payout on YCS, your Agoda Growth Program cost per booking will be deducted automatically. - Monthly invoices:
With the monthly invoice payment method, your invoice will be provided on the 4th of the following month. The invoiced amount will be calculated based on a percentage of the total revenue generated from all departed room nights from that month. This means that you will pay the whole month’s Agoda Growth Program cost per booking total as a lump sum marketing service fee to Agoda.
If you select Monthly invoices, you will be prompted to choose how to pay your invoice: Bank transfer or Automatic ePass deduction. In order to complete your payment method selection, you will also need to provide your property’s billing information, including the Entity name and Entity address.
- Payout reduction:
- As a final step, you are provided with an opportunity to sign up for Agoda Intelligence, which includes a 1% commission rebate, effectively lowering your Agoda Growth Program cost per booking by 1%.

Where can I view Agoda Growth Program performance for my property?
To view the performance of your ongoing Agoda Growth Program campaign, navigate to: YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns. Then, click on the row that shows your current campaign. You will then be directed to a new page that showcases the performance dashboard for this specific campaign.
On your Agoda Growth Program performance dashboard, you will find the following information and data:

- This shows the sum of your ranking positions after joining Agoda Growth Program, divided by the number of viewers during the period of the program.

To ensure peak performance and continued success with Agoda Growth Program, we recommend that you take some time to review your property’s Content Score on YCS (YCS >> Performance >> Analytics >> Content Score) and to optimize your content accordingly.
In addition to the Preferred Partner badge and other visibility boosts that Agoda Growth Program provides, customers will analyze your property’s offerings against your competitors to make their final decision. Factors that often influence customers’ choices are pricing, included perks, perceived quality, verified reviews, and cancellation policies. We encourage all partner properties to take these factors into consideration to further supplement the multi-channel marketing success offered through Agoda Growth Program.

- Agoda Growth Express
Agoda Growth Express focuses on a more targeted approach to marketing solutions. These campaigns can be customized based on selected parameters, such as travel dates or customer origin. As such, the ranking boost from Agoda Growth Program is supplemented by Agoda Growth Express, ensuring that your multi-channel marketing is reaching the right customers at the right time. A primary benefit of Agoda Growth Express is that it is flexible and commitment-free, allowing you to edit or stop campaigns as needed in response to market changes or unexpected situations.
Note that if you join Agoda Growth Program on the Premium plan, you will receive Agoda Growth Express credits to use as a payment method for Agoda Growth Express campaigns. Use these credits to get a head start on the added benefits of bundling Agoda Growth Express with Agoda Growth Program!
Sponsored Listing
When you join Agoda Growth Program on the Standard or Premium plan, you may notice an offer for a 30% discount on Sponsored Listing. Sponsored Listing guarantees a specific placement in the Top 3 or Top 15 search results on any Agoda platform (website and app) and can be customized to target specific search terms and/or locations. Sponsored Listing can be strategically applied at times you need it most – often recommended for local holidays, international events, peak global travel periods, or to promote new developments at your property. - Agoda Intelligence
One of the primary benefits of our Agoda Intelligence program is a commission reduction. As Agoda Growth Program is paid by an increase in commission, the Agoda Intelligence program essentially provides a discount on Agoda Growth Program through its offering of a reduced commission amount. Bundling Agoda Growth Program + Agoda Intelligence allows you to offset your incremental costs while still benefiting from multi-channel marketing solutions. Through the bundle offer, the cost per booking rates of each Agoda Growth Plan (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are reduced by 1% (offered as a commission rebate).
Agoda Intelligence also offers automated rate optimization and advanced rate management tools to strengthen your pricing strategy. By scanning your prices across multiple platforms and automatically adjusting your rates for optimal performance, Agoda Intelligence ensures that your best possible rates are always displayed to potential customers. With Agoda Growth Program providing increased visibility and Agoda Intelligence ensuring optimized pricing, your impressions and engagement will lead to higher conversion rates and revenue. Note that Agoda Intelligence rate adjustments are fully transparent and can be disputed if deemed necessary.
If you joined Agoda Growth Program through the Try it free option on YCS, and would like to opt-out of automatically continuing your campaign, navigate to YCS >> Growth programs >> Campaigns, then click on your current AGP campaign. This will redirect you to the Agoda Growth Program performance dashboard, where you will see a Delete Campaign button. Click on the button to opt-out of continuing your AGP campaign.

Agoda cannot manage the Agoda Growth Program on your behalf. To ensure continued success throughout your campaign, we recommend monitoring the performance through YCS on a regular basis. All bookings made after the campaign’s effective date and throughout the duration of the campaign will be considered as Agoda Growth Program bookings. The only exception is bookings made with Beds Network static rates.
