You can contact a guest via YCS or on the app. Once logged in, follow these steps:
1. YCS >> Bookings >> Reservations
2. Complete all relevant fields to find the booking of the guest you would like to contact
3. Contact the guest by clicking the Chat button.

If you are unable to get in touch with a guest via the Agoda YCS extranet or app, please contact us for further assistance.
