Can I update my property’s name in YCS?
No, property names cannot be changed or edited in YCS. If you need to change your property’s name, please contact us directly. Note that your requested change will be evaluated by the Agoda Content Team before it is finalized. If the name change is approved, we will update your property’s name accordingly. After approval, the updated property name may take up to 24 hours to appear on Agoda.
Please note that property names should align with the name used on the business license and certificate.
